Hon. Akinlade has continued his impressive legislative strides in the current assembly. As the Chairman, of the House Committee on Aviation Technology, the ever-smiling lawmaker has hit the ground running. Alongside members of his committee, the Hon. Akinlade-led Aviation Committee has been working tirelessly to provide legislative backing for the reforms being implemented by the Hon. Minister of Aviation, Barrister Festus Keyamo. A few days ago, as part of his oversight functions, Hon. Akinlade, alongside the Chairman of the Senate Committee on Aviation, Senator Fatai Buhari, and the Hon. Minister of Aviation, Barrister Festus Keyamo, joined parents, guardians, and stakeholders in the aviation industry at the maiden matriculation ceremony and grounding breaking of the permanent site of African Aviation and Aerospace University, Abuja. It was a historic moment for the Nigerian aviation industry. Aside from being one of the high-ranking members of the Nigerian House of Representatives, Hon. Akinlade has also done well in lobbying for projects to be executed in his constituency. Not only that, he is always in constant touch with his people, and that has provided the opportunity to stay up to date with the needs and concerns of his constituents. No doubt, Hon.
